Your Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Whether you are coming in for an actual Permanent Makeup Appointment or Consultation, please arrive with your makeup on as  you normally wear it.

When Scheduling an Appointment:
A deposit of a $50 is required to schedule an appointment.   The deposit will be deducted off your procedure after its complete.   If you are a new client please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paper work.

Pricing Inquiries Only:
Linda does not post her prices, she prefers that you speak to her personally or her staff.  If you are only inquiring on Permanent Makeup Prices ONLY, please do not book an appointment, please Email or Call Linda directly at (832) 654-4595 to discuss pricing and options.

Saturday Appointments:
Linda is available Monday through Friday for ALL services and on Saturday for NEW Permanent Makeup Procedures ONLY (a $50 deposit of will be required to secure your appointment; $100 on Saturdays). Your deposit will be applied to your service once you arrive or reschedule in a timely manner (48 hour Cancellation Policy). If you are a “No Show” or do not call within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit.

​Multiple Procedures:
Interested in two or more services or procedure, you can now book multiple appointments online and receive a discount!  Ask Linda for details.

Cancellation Policy:
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hrs. the deposit becomes non-refundable and additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment reservation.

Rescheduling/Late Policy:
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit deposit.  When you reschedule, you will be ask to repay $50 to reschedule.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hour advance notice is required or the deposit becomes non-refundable.   If you DO NOT reschedule you will forfeit your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $50 deposit to secure your appointment.

No Show Policy:
Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full plus the fee for the missed appointment/s before being rescheduled.

Touch-Ups for BT Customers:
If you need a Touch-Up, please schedule your appointment Monday – Wednesday.   Touch-Up’s will not be done on Thursday, Friday or Saturdays.

New Customers:
If you had your permanent make-up done by another technician, please do not book as a TOUCH-UP.  You will need to book your appointment as NEW procedure.  (Please discuss pricing with Linda prior to scheduling your appointment)
