Whether you are coming in for an actual Permanent Makeup Appointment or Consultation, please arrive with your makeup on as you normally wear it.
When Scheduling an Appointment:
A deposit of a $50 is required to schedule an appointment. Once you book your appointment, an Invoice will be sent to you so you can pay the deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the balance after your service is completed. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paper work.
Appointments:
Linda is available 7 days a week for ALL services. We do have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy. We do not offer refunds on any service.
Cancellation Policy:
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed WITHOUT a penalty.
Cancellations or No Shows made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be charged 75% of the service price.
Refund Policy:
While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages or service series.
Rescheduling/Late Policy:
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you forfeit deposit plus 75% of your service. When you reschedule, you will be ask to repay $50 to reschedule as well payment in full.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. Please plan ahead.
No Show Policy:
Any client that is a NO SHOW for their scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay 75% of the service for the missed appointment before being rescheduled.
Touch-Ups for Non-BT Customers:
If you previously had work done by another technician and you need a touch up, you will be charged as a NEW procedure. Please DO NOT book as a TOUCH-UP. You will need to book your appointment as NEW procedure.
